Job Summary
RN in Behavioral Health providing patient-centered nursing care on nights: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care per nursing process; administer medications; assist physicians during procedures; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans; ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance; educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care; participate in audits and performance improvement initiatives; maintain clinical competency and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
