RN Behavioral Health (Nights)

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned adults in the psychiatric population, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards across the 32-bed unit, which includes women's, men's, and medical care sides. Work nights with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.
