Job Summary
Provide patient care for the Adult Psych population across 32 beds, including women's, men's, and medical care sides. Utilize the nursing process to maintain professional accountability and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards and mission values. Requires current RN license, nursing degree, and BLS certification. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, tuition reimbursement, and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
