Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care for behavioral health adults by completing shift assessments, analyzing data to notify physicians of condition changes, and implementing physician orders. Monitor patients and environments for safety while serving as a clinical resource to supervise LPNs and techs. Develop, review, and evaluate multidisciplinary treatment plans; educate patients and families, documenting all care and education in the Electronic Health Record. Adhere to nursing standards, ministry policies, and evidence-based practice to ensure age-specific clinical needs are met. Work day shift (7am-7pm) with every third weekend and holiday requirements, no call rotation, and varying days based on self-scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- State of Work Location: Missouri
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Day Shift (United States of America)
