Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, ensuring resident health, comfort, and overall well-being. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards while supervising, guiding, and mentoring nursing staff through training and support. Manage facility operations, safety, and cleanliness to uphold regulatory standards and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license

- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
