Job Summary
RN Assisted Living Director of Nursing leads and oversees the clinical program and resident care services in collaboration with the campus Administrator. Responsibilities include staff development, supervision, admissions paperwork, ensuring compliance and high-quality care, driving occupancy through sales/marketing activities, and maintaining documentation. Requires strong leadership, communication, and clinical expertise, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience and an Iowa RN license (or compact-state eligibility) and IA Certification for Residential Care Facilities/AL or willingness to obtain. Bonus incentive of $5,000 is available; benefits eligible full-time position located in Boone, IA.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states.
- 3+ years’ staff supervisory/team leadership experience.
- IA Certification for Residential Care Facilities/Assisted Living or willing to obtain upon hire.
- Demonstrated success with prioritizing multiple tasks.
