Job Summary
RN Assisted Living role focusing on providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in a home/assisted living setting. May serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensure safe, reliable patient care, and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and standards of nursing practice. Shift is Day, Part-time with 24.00 weekly hours; benefits include a comprehensive package. Requires RN licensure and a nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred; One year of long term care, subacute care, medical/surgical experience preferred; Currently holds an unencumbered RN license; obtains and maintains required certifications and CEU/competency training
