Job Summary
Partner with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and CNAs, fostering trust, accountability, and teamwork. Participate in the on-call rotation and provide leadership support during off-hours, including stepping onto the floor to support staffing alongside the nursing team when needed. Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and compassionate resident care. Requires an active Texas RN license and proven experience leading large teams in high-acuity settings. Salary up to $87,000 DOE with comprehensive benefits, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN License (or Compact State RN license)
- Proven nurse leadership experience in skilled nursing, including leading large teams in high-acuity settings
- A calm, confident leader who thrives in busy environments and supports their team through action
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
