Job Summary
Partner with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and CNAs, fostering trust, accountability, and teamwork. Participate in the on-call rotation and provide leadership support during off-hours, stepping in to support floor staffing alongside the nursing team when needed. Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and compassionate resident care. This role requires an Active Texas RN License and proven leadership experience in high-acuity environments. Salary up to $87,000 DOE and license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN License (or Compact State RN license)
- Proven nurse leadership experience in skilled nursing, including leading large teams in high-acuity settings
- A calm, confident leader who thrives in busy environments and supports their team through action
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
