RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary
Lead the Health and Wellness team by providing comprehensive leadership, training, scheduling, and mentoring on specialized services. Deliver nursing services including medication administration, delegation, and care to residents in assisted living or memory care environments per State regulations. Establish and sustain a culture of service while working under the guidance of the Director of Health and Wellness. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, three years of floor or charge nurse experience, and the ability to create healthcare staff schedules. Full-time role with competitive compensation, 120 hours of PTO in the first year, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to complete requisitions, read recipes and communicate with other employees.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Three or more years of experience working in a Floor or Charge Nurse capacity
- Experience creating schedules for healthcare and/or clinical staff
- Registered Nurse in state of employment

- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in a Senior Living environment
- Experience working in a memory care environment
