Job Summary
RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Towson, MD. Full-time Day shift with on-call rotation. Responsibilities include ensuring nursing personnel comply with standards and regulatory requirements, implementing compliance and quality improvement programs, surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections, and supporting development and implementation of nursing department budgets. Requires active Maryland RN license, long-term care leadership experience, and prior staff management. Strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, budgeting, and team leadership within a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Maryland
- Long term care leadership experience
- Prior experience managing staff preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group
- Computer knowledge
- Previous long term care experience is required
