(RN) Assistant Director, Nursing | Cardiac Telemetry

Prescribe nursing care, delegate activities, and coordinate the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the cardiac telemetry unit. Direct staff and patient care activities to promote quality outcomes while overseeing CQI initiatives and ensuring attendance at required inservice education programs. Maintain full access to patient health information and collaborate with the Director to align unit operations with hospital standards. Requires current NC RN licensure, BSN, and staff nurse experience; full range of body motion needed for physical demands including lifting 30 pounds.
