Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care within the Med Surg unit, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and oversee the delivery of quality patient care. Maintain licensure and certifications (Michigan RN licensure, BLS/ACLS within required timelines, DIMS/CAMMP within one year). Demonstrate a positive attitude, engage patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to effective care planning and patient outcomes. Part-time schedule with two weekends on and one weekend off; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in the State of Michigan.
- BLS/ACLS required or obtained within 6 months of hire
- DIMS or CAMMP obtained within one year of hire
- Great attitude and engages patients with a smile.
- Team player and problem solver.
