Job Summary
RN in Radiology CT setting providing direct patient care and leading nursing activities. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate), documenting in the medical record, collaborating with interdisciplinary team, supervising unlicensed staff, coordinating hospice/home care admissions and care plans, and participating in on-call rotations and mandatory meetings to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee
- Nursing degree required (diploma/associate/bachelor)
- BLS certification within orientation period
- Three years of recent nursing experience in acute, long-term care or home care/hospice (one in hospice or homecare preferred)
- Ability to document and communicate patient care and plans of care effectively
- Ability to supervise nursing personnel and participate in on-call rotation
