Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care to patients undergoing procedures in an endoscopy setting; supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and non-licensed staff; prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies; assist with procedures per physician orders; monitor patient condition and administer medications; ensure cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments; collaborate with staff and management on nursing issues and policy interpretation; participate in performance improvement, infection control, safety, and quality assurance programs; uphold professionalism and patient confidentiality; per diem schedule with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; location: Downingtown, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current State RN Licensure
- BLS/ACLS certification
- BSN preferred
