RN - ASC/Endoscopy (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient care needs and assist providers with triage, nursing diagnoses, and initial care plans. Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and consciousness levels while administering conscious sedation under physician guidance. Manage the full patient journey from admission through recovery and discharge teaching, ensuring all patients feel valued. Maintain accurate records and return patient calls as schedule dictates. Requires Iowa RN license, ACLS within 90 days, and cardiac monitoring experience. Located in Central Iowa, this locally owned clinic offers exceptional care, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Iowa
- ACLS certification
- Knowledge of nursing techniques, procedures, medical diagnoses and treatments
- Exceptional patient technical skills
- The ability to prepare and maintain records
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to assist physicians in professional manner
