RN-Ambulatory-PRN-Colony Park North

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and treatments for patients in the assigned ambulatory clinical area. Coordinate patient scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, manage admissions, and counsel patients and families on conditions, medications, and treatment compliance. Serve as a liaison to case managers and home health nurses, coordinate referrals, and function as a preceptor. Act on at least one nursing council or committee to improve patient care. Provide exceptional customer service and report patient issues to supervisors as appropriate.
