RN Ambulatory - Nurse Advice Call Center

Conduct telephonic and electronic patient portal triage for symptom-based concerns under Nurse Manager supervision. Assess patient needs and clinical symptoms using evidence-based protocols embedded in the EMR to provide appropriate clinical advice. Schedule appointments with primary providers, specialists, and community resources as needed. Deliver education and counseling on health-related topics for patients of all ages, including prenatal care, while documenting interactions in Epic EMR. This role involves remote work with an initial on-site training period. Candidates require a BSN and two years of primary care telephone triage experience.
