Job Summary
Conduct outpatient neurology care through face-to-face encounters and telecommunication strategies, focusing on patient safety, health education, and navigating the healthcare system. Perform nursing interventions including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and community resources to support safe transitions while respecting cultural values and treatment preferences. Maintain a clean environment, participate in quality improvement activities, and adhere to strict confidentiality and safety protocols.
