Job Summary
Prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care for individuals with cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections while delivering nursing care according to hospital protocols. Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction, while fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and staff. Advocate for ethical and holistic care that promotes patient autonomy and dignity across diverse backgrounds. This role offers rotating weekend shifts with a competitive salary range of $48.15–$90.83 USD and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS/ACLS Certification
- One (1) year of acute care experience
- One (1) year of home infusion experience
- Previous IV therapy experience

- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
