Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals across the lifespan in an ambulatory environment, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Coordinate care through direct encounters, telehealth, and electronic communications while collaborating with the broader healthcare team. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements to support clinicians in delivering quality, patient-focused care. This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Washington RN license, and 18 months of professional experience. Located at Kadlec Richland Medical Center in Tri-Cities, Washington, the position offers full-time day shifts with on-site work.
