RN, Ambulatory Care - Rheumatology

Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care in an ambulatory rheumatology infusion setting. Administer treatments, coordinate patient care, and educate patients and families while maintaining a safe environment. Prioritize ongoing patient care in accordance with Evidence-Based Practice Standards and delegate tasks to appropriate team members. Participate in process improvement activities, peer reviews, and unit committees. Maintain compliance with Orlando Health policies, regulatory standards, and legal issues regarding patient rights. Requires current Florida RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as needed. Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:30 with travel to Land O' Lakes and Zephyrhills.
