RN Ambulatory Care

Evaluate patients prior to surgery, provide education on the procedure and peri-operative process, and assume responsibility for patient preparation including intravenous therapy and surgical site verification. Participate in surgical site verification protocols, recognize and respond to patient emergencies, and monitor patient conditions throughout your shift while documenting changes thoroughly. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by applying the nursing process and critical thinking skills to independently manage safe nursing care. Self-preferential scheduling is posted four weeks in advance, with on-call required during select non-business hours.
