Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments and diagnoses tailored to resident needs. Administer medications correctly and demonstrate knowledge of drug protocols. Plan and deliver education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding their health and care plans. Maintain standards of professional nursing throughout the integrated care process. This role requires current state RN licensure in good standing, strong organization skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. We offer a robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, and medical/dental/vision coverage, with a starting salary of $40.65 to $44.91 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
