As an RN in Atrium Health Pineville Endoscopy, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards and procedures. The role involves supporting hospital-based and outpatient endoscopy procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, bronchoscopy, and ERCP, and delivering high-quality patient experiences in a collaborative, evidence-based practice environment. Strong emphasis on clinical decision making, compassionate communication, teamwork, and creating a safe patient environment.
