Job Summary
RN, After Hours - Patient Care responsibilities include providing home visits for patient assessment, treatment, and support; developing and revising nursing care plans with the physician and IDG; utilizing strong customer service skills with patients and external customers; preparing progress notes showing progress toward goals; communicating changes in patient needs to the physician; timely documentation; and ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Requires RN licensure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel for home visits; offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Preference for two years of RN experience in healthcare/clinical settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State Registered Nurse License
- Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
- Two years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical setting
