Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines. Collects and analyzes patient health data, develops care plans, evaluates patient progress, and participates in discharge planning. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide a safe and healing environment. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and RN licensure in the state of practice, along with CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) or RQIPALS

- Acute care facility experience
