RN- Advanced Care/Med Surg PV8

Staff RN (Advanced Care/Med Surg PV8) provides professional nursing care to a defined group of patients using the nursing process; performs initial assessments, develops and implements care plans, documents care, and adjusts plans based on patient status. Collaborates with hospitalists for Advanced Care patients and critical care team for ICU-lite patients; ensures patient and employee safety, communicates with patients and families, and participates in hourly rounds and bedside shift reports. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation options ($5,000 for >100 miles or $2,500 for >50 miles) and a $2,500 BSN bonus for nurses with 1+ years experience. Location: Urbana, IL.
