RN - Adult Respiratory Telemetry Med Surg (Nights, 36 hours) Jefferson

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 32-bed Adult Respiratory/Med Surg unit specializing in tracheostomy care, chest tubes, and high-need oxygenation. Provide leadership by mentoring staff, assigning duties and lunches for charge roles, and participating in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and quality initiatives. Utilize the nursing process to derive culturally appropriate outcomes, analyze health status, and intervene appropriately based on patient reports and physician orders. Maintain a safe environment by promoting patient safety goals, resolving patient concerns, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and data security guidelines. Work nights for 36 hours with a blended team approach.
