Job Summary
Provide direct oncology patient care during 12-hour night shifts for a group of patients, using the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments; monitor patients and manage symptoms/side effects; educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-care; maintain accurate patient records in EPIC; collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans; support nursing residency and professional development opportunities; sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
