RN - Adult Inpatient Mental Health - Roanoke - Weekend Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals across all age groups while administering treatments and medications accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans, documenting assessments in electronic medical records. Identify and address patient and family education needs, advocating for psychosocial rights and supporting new employee orientation. Manage resources and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, utilizing problem-solving skills to address operational challenges. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, shared decision-making, and departmental education activities while maintaining regulatory compliance. Work full-time weekend nights (Friday through Sunday, 7pm-7am) at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital Rehab.
