Job Summary
RN responsible for adult home health care with high acuity needs (feeding tube, trach, ventilator) in Gustine, TX. Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN with weekend shifts. Provides in-home nursing care, assessments, medication administration, patient and family education, and coordination with care team. Uses a tablet for electronic documentation. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
