Job Summary
Provide high-acuity adult home health care in Gustine, TX, managing patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators. Deliver compassionate bedside care while utilizing electronic documentation via tablet in each patient's home. Maintain active, unencumbered RN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation. Work weekend shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Required Qualifications
