Job Summary
Registered Nurse – RN for adult home health with high acuity needs (feeding tube, trach, vent) providing in-home care on weekends in Gustine, TX. Responsibilities include delivering clinical nursing care to adult patients in the home, utilizing an electronic tablet for documentation, and collaborating with a team of LPNs/LVNs to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with weekend shifts, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Requires active RN license, CPR certification, and TB test; requires reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
