Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and obtain required department-specific certifications. Work 12-hour varied shifts for 36 weekly hours at the Marshfield facility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
