RN-Administrator on Duty, PRN, Variable Shifts

Conduct rounds on all units to support nursing, coaching Charge Nurses and staff RNs on problem-solving. Obtain unit reports on staffing, falls, patient complaints, and clinical issues. Resolve immediate patient/family and physician complaints, document incidents, and forward information to appropriate leadership. Coordinate bed management, disaster response, and facility issues with Nursing Leadership, Security, and Plant Operations. Manage critical personnel issues such as fitness for duty and insubordination in the absence of administration. Review deaths and collaborate with Public Relations on media inquiries. Requires a current RN license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or enrollment path), and three years of nursing experience. Variable shifts at Greer Medical Campus.
