RN Administrator - Home Health - Full Time

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the home health agency by planning, developing, and evaluating services to ensure quality and safe care delivery. Direct staff on admissions, discharge, and service provision while implementing budgeting, cost control, and financial policies. Recruit, hire, and supervise qualified personnel, overseeing orientation, in-service training, and continuing education to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities, review agency manuals annually, and organize liaison efforts between the governing body and staff. Maintain accurate billing procedures and public information materials. Requires OASIS data assessment tool experience and a Tennessee RN license.
