Job Summary
RN Administrative Supervisor Patient Placement leads and coordinates hospital patient placement and care processes across departments, serves as a representative of hospital administration in the absence of senior leadership, ensures effective communication and resource management, directs staffing allocations to meet patient care needs, mentors charge nurses, and enforces high standards of patient care. Requires RN licensure in MN (or WI if applicable), an associate/vocational nursing degree, at least 2 years in an acute care setting with 1 year in a charge nurse or similar role, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as specified by location). Responsibilities include placement of admissions/transfers, collaboration with unit charge nurses and physicians, responding to emergencies, managing media and external communications per policy, and providing leadership during off-shifts and weekends. Required Qualifications
