Job Summary
RN for acute step-down Progressive Care Unit caring for a variety of adult patients requiring monitoring and coordination of care; supports include a Nurse Residency Program with seminars, mentorship, and rounds, plus educational and career development options, tuition/certification reimbursement, and leadership opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing from accredited program
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- Registered Nurse license in NM or Compact state
- Nursing education and credentials as applicable
- EPIC electronic charting familiarity (preferred)
