Job Summary
RN in Acute Step Down/Progressive Care Unit responsible for monitoring and caring for adult patients requiring intermediate-to-advanced nursing care in a fast-paced setting. Provides life-saving interventions, collaborates with multiple specialties, and educates patients and families. Supports a Nurse Residency/Tuition reimbursement program, sign-on and relocation bonuses for qualified candidates, and utilizes EPIC for charting. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- State of New Mexico nursing license or Compact State license
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- EPIC electronic charting experience (preferred)
