RN Acute Care Virtual Quality Support (On-Site)

Rounds on inpatient units, partners with unit teams, assists with patient care needs, and helps identify and close quality care gaps related to initiatives such as falls, HAPI, CAUTI, and CLABSI. Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process while prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care through precepting new hires and modeling proficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment. This onsite role at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion requires a full-time RN with six months of experience and valid BLS certification. The position involves three 12-hour shifts per week rotating between day and evening times.
