Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity Acute Care units, including Med-Surg, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and safety while modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This onsite role requires state RN licensure, six months of nursing experience, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
