RN Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units for moderate to high acuity patients, including solid organ transplants, thoracic surgery, and hepatology. Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice while contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation. This role involves a day and night rotation schedule with 72 hours per pay period.
