Provide direct patient care in acute transplant/thoracic units using the nursing process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes; model proficiency through precepting new staff and supporting ongoing education in a fast-paced clinical environment; contribute to safety and quality at the point of care; role aligned with an FTE of 0.9 and weekend day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- BLS or CPR card valid through at least sixty days after start date
- 6 months of RN nursing experience
