Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients on the 20-bed Nurse Residency Unit, supporting three cohorts of new graduate nurses each year. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide high-quality nursing care to acute care patients in the Main Tower, functioning within the framework of established procedures. Full-time days from 7am to 7pm with a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Bachelor?s degree
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
