Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary team approach. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practice, and safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment supported by Clinical Educators for competency validation. This onsite role requires a Registered Nurse with at least six months of experience, BLS certification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience for the specified pay range of $35.29 - $54.71 per hour. The position offers a 3-Year Incentive Bonus, comprehensive health coverage, and up to 100% tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
