RN Acute Care Surgical Trauma

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary team approach. Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross with a valid card in hand before the start date. This role operates within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment focused on secure safety and quality at the point of care.
