Job Summary

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care surgical oncology units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and safety and quality at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to secure outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Full-time nights shift with a 72-hour biweekly schedule; pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 hourly with a quarterly night shift incentive.

Required Qualifications

  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
  • BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
