Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to secure quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. This full-time night shift position requires 72 hours per pay period. Applicants must hold a current Registered Nurse license, six months of RN experience, and a valid BLS or CPR card.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
