Job Summary
Provide top-tier direct patient care in specialty Acute Care units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Operate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This full-time night shift role at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion offers $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, with a quarterly incentive program paying up to $1,600. Candidates must hold an active RN license, six months of nursing experience, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
